The Openreach accelerated leadership programme is a unique scheme for talented individuals with a proven track record, who can make an immediate impact on our business and become part of our top management team in the future.

You’ll rotate you through different senior management roles across the business in which you will be responsible for delivering the strategic business plan for a number of areas including; safety, business operations, service delivery and finance.

You’ll lead a team of up to 250 people, to deliver outstanding performance, within a highly challenging, but supportive environment.

About you

A proven track record in either operational leadership, programme management, data analytics, finance or business insight in a commercial environment 



A proactive approach to taking on challenges and responsibilities, plus an ability to excel in challenging roles

The ability to build relationships and influence people across all levels of our organisation as well as those external partners

Ideally a postgraduate qualification or have a proven track record with relevant leadership experience

Circa £60,000 salary, dependant on experience, and in addition a monthly car allowance 



15% performance-related bonus annually
