Joining us as a HR graduate you’ll get to rotate across a variety of teams to give you a great generalist knowledge of HR. You could be re-writing policy in one rotation, then supporting our graduate recruitment team in the next and then onto looking at our reward framework in the next. With so many options in such a large HR team, you’ll be able to work with your manager to move between a wide variety of placement options, making sure you’re able to get the development and opportunities you need.

All the while you’ll be studying for your CIPD qualification which, alongside your rotations throughout HR, will make sure you’ve created a solid foundation for a career in HR.

The entry requirements for this scheme are 2:1, or 2:2 with a post graduate qualification. You’ll also need to evidence some study or experience in HR (either within your degree course or a work placement).

The starting salary is £28,250. You’ll be based in London.
